Enduring Flavours is the first of many to come self
authored by me and soon to be published by Westland
books late 2009.
Enduring Flavours’ is an all colour
cookbook on the cuisine of the Christian community of
Maharashtra know as the East Indians.
Our
team has co-authored three cookery books for food
clients. A book on rice cooking for Bajaj Electricals, a
book on Micro-wave cooking for Daewoo electronics, and a
book on baking for Bajaj Electricals.
We have
done several recipe developments, recipe editing
projects for various clientele.
